Real Estate Brand Identity
This project involved creating a cohesive brand identity for a real estate business run by three brothers. Starting from their original name, I developed logo concepts and visual branding that reflected their values and market presence. Once the brand identity was established, I executed all print materials, including flyers and client “PR” gift boxes containing business cards, T-shirts, flyers, and other branded items.
The project demonstrates full-cycle design, from brand conceptualization to tangible deliverables, ensuring a consistent and memorable client experience.
Logo
The logo combines a calligraphic font with a stylized roof icon, cleverly incorporating the number “3” to represent the three brothers while maintaining visual balance and cohesion. The design evokes a sense of luxury and sophistication, reflecting the business’s focus on high-end, custom real estate homes.
Print Collateral
Designed a full suite of branded print materials to support the real estate business, including flyers, business cards, t-shirts, and curated “PR” gift boxes for clients. Each piece reflects the visual identity and luxury aesthetic established in the logo and brand system, showcasing a cohesive and thoughtful approach from concept to execution.
